Many thanks for all those that have signed up for the seminar so far!
Regarding the hotels, we have reserved 50 places at each hotel. It is highly suggested that you book asap,(you can pay by Jan 30th) These rates have been held for us and massively discounted. As Japan opens to tourists, Kyoto is expected to get very busy and bookings will be a lot harder as well as more expensive if you leave it to the last minute. Of course, you are more than welcome to organize your own accommodation.
There is a grading and special class planned for the Thursday at Jacques Payet Shihan’s dojo. The Thursday is an additional day we have added and is not compulsory and there is no additional charge to participate.
We will be holding two Masterclasses in the afternoon featuring Jacques Payet Shihan, Joe Thambu Shihan and Robert Mustard Shihan. One for kyu grades and one for dan grades. These classes are limited to 20 people per class and is first come first served! Please message me if you would like to attend. There is no extra fee to attend these classes.
The demonstration will be held on the Sunday from 1pm onwards and all people are welcome to participate. Chida Sensei and Ando Sensei will be teaching on the Saturday and then will be attending the party after.
Regarding the grading, it will be overseen by Jacques Payet Shihan and Robert Mustard Shihan and other senior Shihan. If you are eligible to test and would like to take this opportunity, please get in touch for further info.
On the Monday there will be two special guests that will be teaching from 10am-11:30am and then 12pm-1:30pm. Details will be available soon.
